This event ignited a revival of mitch coding on GIMP after many months of absence.
Goodies / Design
Aryeom designed a new set of stickers for this and future events. We had them printed on a local German printshop, using vegan material (no animal source byproducts were used, be it in the paper, inks, glue…). Simon helped a lot with communication with the shop, tweaking files so that they match printshop specifications, making some design choices, and more.
Stickers were globally good, but the handling of transparent parts was using specific requirements which were hard to discuss with the shop when its employees only knew German, and the paper itself was a tiny bit transparent, even on the opaque part. Unfortunately we already knew of similar issues, as we had a similar experience years ago for ZeMarmot stickers in another printshop in France.
Stacks of stickers were left every day on the conference’s tables, and had quite some success

Mitch got voted in as our ninth Committee member to handle the project’s funds.
